Refund Policy

At Kingsolver LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality contracting, landscaping, demolition, and hauling services. Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with the results of their project. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
1. Service Deposits
All projects require a deposit to secure scheduling, materials, and labor. Deposits are non-refundable once the project has been scheduled or materials have been purchased. This ensures that resources are allocated appropriately to each client’s project.
2. Cancellations
Clients may cancel services prior to the start of work by providing written notice to Kingsolver LLC at least 72 hours in advance. If the cancellation is approved before work begins and before any materials or labor costs are incurred, a partial refund may be issued at the company’s discretion, minus administrative or processing fees.
3. Completed Services
Once a project or service has been completed, refunds are not available. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, please contact us immediately. We will review your concerns and, when appropriate, offer a reasonable resolution, such as touch-ups, rework, or service credit.
4. Weather and Unforeseen Delays
In cases where work must be delayed due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, the project will be rescheduled. Refunds will not be provided for such delays, but Kingsolver LLC will make every effort to complete work promptly.
